REFUND POLICY
Dear Participants,
At Joel Brown Skills Academy, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for everyone involved. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair, ensuring transparency in the event of any changes or cancellations.
All sales are final. However, we do offer refunds under certain circumstances:
If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund. In the case of rescheduling, you will have the option to transfer your registration to the new date or receive a full refund.
For cancellations made more than 14 days before the event start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event start date.
In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and documentation may be required.
Please note that tickets and registrations are non-transferable to other individuals or events unless explicitly stated otherwise.
To request a refund, please contact us at ball@joelbrownskillsacademy.com with your name, contact information, and event details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
