Terms & Conditions - The Basics

Participation in our basketball skills camp requires registration and payment as outlined on our website. All fees paid are non-refundable except as otherwise specified. By participating in our basketball skills camp and virtual sessions, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional and educational purposes. These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
